What Time Is UFC Tonight? Main Card Start Time, Prelims and How to Watch
The next UFC card is UFC 332 on Saturday, Oct. 3: the main card starts at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT on Paramount+, and CBS is showing the main card too. Prelims begin at 6 p.m. ET and early prelims at 4 p.m. ET, both on Paramount+ only. Nothing is scheduled before Saturday.
What time does the UFC main card start?
UFC 332 comes from Delta Center in Salt Lake City, and UFC's event page and Paramount+'s schedule agree on all three start times. Natalia Silva and Wang Cong headline with the women's flyweight title at stake. UFC's viewer guide lists five fights on the main card, and the title fight goes last; UFC doesn't publish a walkout time for it.

Salt Lake City runs on Mountain time, so the crowd in the building sees the main card open at 6 p.m. local.
When is the next UFC event after that?
There's a card every Saturday through early November. Four of the next six keep the 8 p.m. ET main card. Two don't.

Every main-card time in that table matches on UFC.com and on Paramount+'s UFC schedule. Prelim times after UFC 332 come from UFC's listings alone, so they're marked "Listed."
Further out, UFC 334 is set for Saturday, Nov. 14 at Madison Square Garden with a 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT main card. The Nov. 21 Fight Night in Doha is the one to watch for a change: UFC's event page lists the main card at 1 p.m. ET, while Paramount+'s schedule lists 5 p.m. ET. We're treating neither as final until they match. Paramount+ also lists UFC 335 for Dec. 12 in Las Vegas, and UFC hasn't posted that event yet.
What channel is UFC on?
Paramount+. Every numbered event and every Fight Night has streamed there since UFC 324 on Jan. 24, 2026, and there's no pay-per-view charge on top of the subscription.
CBS is the exception, not the rule. The network simulcasts the main card of select numbered events, and UFC 332 is one of them. When we checked on Sept. 30, Paramount+'s schedule showed no CBS simulcast for any other card through December.
Can I watch UFC without cable?
Yes. Paramount+ is a streaming app, and both plans carry every UFC event from the first early prelim to the main event.

Why is UFC 333 on in the afternoon?
Because it's in Abu Dhabi, which sits eight hours ahead of Eastern time in October. A 2 p.m. ET main card is 10 p.m. inside Etihad Arena. On the West Coast, that's an 11 a.m. start.
The Nov. 7 Fight Night is the other odd one. It's in Las Vegas but listed for 5 p.m. ET, three hours ahead of the usual slot; UFC.com and Paramount+ both show that time, and neither gives a reason. It's also the first card after U.S. clocks go back on Nov. 1, so "ET" means Eastern Standard Time from then on.

FAQ
Is UFC still on ESPN+ or pay-per-view? No. UFC moved to Paramount+ in January 2026, and numbered events are part of the subscription with no pay-per-view fee.
Is UFC on CBS tonight? Only when a numbered event's main card is simulcast. UFC 332 on Oct. 3 is on CBS at 8 p.m. ET; the Fight Nights on Oct. 10 and Oct. 17 are Paramount+ only.
How long before the main card do UFC prelims start? Two to three hours on the current listings. Numbered events start prelims two hours out, with early prelims two hours before that; most Fight Nights open three hours ahead.
