About
What time UFC, boxing, F1, NASCAR and MotoGP start this weekend and where to watch — Paramount+, Apple TV, FOX, DAZN, Netflix, Prime Video, NBC and USA Network
Race and Fight On Air answers the questions fans ask before every fight night and race weekend: what time the UFC main card starts, what time the Formula 1 race, qualifying and sprint start in U.S. time zones, and what channel or app has this week's NASCAR Cup Series race. In 2026 UFC events stream on Paramount+ (with some main cards also on CBS), Formula 1 is on Apple TV in the U.S., and NASCAR Cup races are split among FOX and FS1, Prime Video, TNT Sports, NBC and USA Network, so the answer changes from week to week. Start times and channels are checked against the leagues' own schedules and the broadcasters' published schedules, and when a time or channel changes we update the same page. We are not affiliated with the UFC, Formula 1, NASCAR or any network or streaming service we cover. No screen captures; images are our own illustrations and credited Wikimedia Commons photos. Until September 2026 this site published legging size guides, and those earlier posts remain available in the archive. We also cover major boxing cards on DAZN, Netflix and ESPN, MotoGP on FOX Sports, IndyCar on FOX, NASCAR's O'Reilly Auto Parts and Craftsman Truck Series, Formula E and the Rolex 24 At Daytona.
Editorial standards
Race and Fight On Air is produced under editorial rules that require every start time, date and channel to be checked against at least two sources before publishing: the leagues' own schedules and event pages, the U.S. broadcasters' published schedules, and established sports outlets, which are listed at the end of each post. When a league or network has not announced something yet, we say so instead of guessing. We focus on when and where to watch; we do not publish betting odds or picks, we do not link to unofficial streams, and we do not use broadcast screen captures.
