What is on TV on Saturday, Oct. 3 and Sunday, Oct. 4?
Here is every start time we could confirm. It runs day by day. The CT, MT and PT columns are our own math from the Eastern times. Several F1 and NASCAR times fall on a different day in the western zones, so those cells name the day.

The UFC main card, the F1 race and qualifying, and the NASCAR race all match in two places each. NASCAR's schedule is the only source we found for Saturday's Las Vegas practice and qualifying, so those two rows are "listed" and we haven't confirmed which channel carries them.
What time does UFC 332 start on Saturday?
The main card starts at 8 p.m. ET, which is 5 p.m. PT. UFC's event page and Paramount+'s schedule agree on that time. Natalia Silva and Wang Cong meet for the women's flyweight title. The prelims start at 6 p.m. ET and the early prelims at 4 p.m. ET; both streams are on Paramount+ only, and CBS joins in for the main card. Our UFC start time page has the full card breakdown and prices.
What time is the F1 race on Sunday, Oct. 4?
Lights out is 3 a.m. ET. On the West Coast that's midnight as Saturday turns into Sunday, so it's a late Saturday-night watch for anyone in the Pacific zone who wants to catch the start live. Apple TV is the U.S. home for F1. Sepang is 12 hours ahead of Eastern time, so a 3 p.m. race at the track is a 3 a.m. start for us. The F1 race time page lists every session on the weekend and the next five races.
What channel is the NASCAR race on Sunday?
USA Network, starting at 5:30 p.m. ET. Pre-race coverage starts around 5 p.m. ET. Our NASCAR channel page has the rest of the Chase schedule.

The UFC Fight Night comes from Meta APEX in Las Vegas. UFC lists its prelims at 5 p.m. ET, but Paramount+ doesn't show prelim times for Fight Nights, so treat that one as listed.
FAQ
Is UFC on CBS on Saturday, Oct. 3? Only the main card of UFC 332, not the prelims. Paramount+ carries it as well. The prelims stay on Paramount+.
Is F1 on ESPN or ABC? No. Apple TV is the U.S. broadcaster this season, and Apple lists each session in Eastern time on its own F1 page.
Can I watch all three without cable? UFC needs Paramount+ and F1 needs Apple TV. For NASCAR, USA Network carries the Las Vegas race, and we haven't confirmed which streaming services carry it. See the start times page or the home page for how we check each time.
